What is the best thing about working for the company?
There are so many wonderful things about working for the company. My favorite is probably the flexibility I have with my hours. I also love the company culture and enjoy working with everyone. A lot of employees love their jobs because it looks great on a resume and allows them to gain a lot of knowledge.
What would make you stay in the company?
People who respect and appreciate their co workers tend to get along with them and the sense of team belonging is a big reason why people stay with companies. Tip: Encourage team work through team building initiatives and offer incentives for supporting one another. Incorporate team appreciation when someone does well.

When there’s no hope, it’s just a job. Every employee wakes up every day with the hope of a better future. Show them you care by helping create a path to that future. Good companies assume their employees will benefit when their company grows.
What makes you feel like a great employee?
Orders that used to take twenty-five minutes to input took three minutes at most after the change. The whole company worked a little better once we made it easier to place orders. I felt like a great employee in that moment. Notice that you never said, “I’m a great employee” or “I’m hard-working, loyal, obedient and thrifty” in your answer.
