Environment is, of course, important, but you need to be absolutely clear on the precise aspects of the internships that captured your imagination and be sure that they are indeed replicable in your chosen career path. What do you think will be a challenge for you in this job?
It’s how you react to that challenge, that is important. Of course, there will be some aspects of the position that are unfamiliar to you or sound difficult. The first time you try anything, it can be a little bit scary because you don’t know what to expect.
